As expected, the latest collaboration between Sony Computer Entertainment and From Software was unveiled during Sony's press conference. Early leaks had the game title Project Beast, but it is now known as Bloodborne. The game comes courtesy of Dark Souls/Demon Souls creator Hidetaka Miyazaki, but there currently isn't any indication that this is a "souls" game... although there are obvious gameplay and style similarities.
The game interestingly makes use of some beautiful lighting systems, similar to the one that was in early builds of Dark Souls 2. It's that same great Souls look and feel... just now in a different setting and with guns. You won't have to wait long for the game, it's releasing next year.
