Pokemon Go Will Make Capturing Pokemon Easier

Sounds pretty metal. You'll get that joke when you read the article.

Pokemon Go is still changing and growing, now that the fad has passed and it's transposition to merely a super-popular app. And while the app has long since made it possible to become a Gym Leader, the latest new feature, which is looking to be implemented in the next big update, will make it even easier for you to become likened to the gym leaders in the game itself with Medals.

Medals are basically things you can earn for catching a lot of a specific type of Pokemon, like Normal, Flying, or Grass. These medals will make it easier to find, and then catch, Pokemon of that type. And as you catch even more, those rates will improve even further, which will make all Pokemon (including legendaries) that much easier to snatch.

Getting your first badge seems easy: you just need 10 of one type. From there, it escalates quickly to 50, then 300 to continue your boosts. Still, this neat feature really doesn't have any downsides, as you can have more than one medal, which means you simply get better at catching Pocket Monsters the longer you play.

So that's cool. I'm sure a lot of players will be eager for that to come out.
