Well, reports have been coming in about the new Playstaition VR and while the majority of comments are good, there is one serious issue being brought up as well. If you're playing a game on a VR headset, you need to have crystal clear vision constantly. In a fast-paced situation, you have to see everything that's going on around you. The Playstation VR will allow you to do that, but only for so long.

The reports have been saying that people playing on the VR headset are experiencing a foggy screen after playing for a shot period of time. Unless you're playing a paintball simulator and you're sweating under your mask in a muggy forest, this probably isn't a realistic experience. With so much riding on the Playstation VR, hopefully this issue gets resolved incredibly quickly. A lot of people have already began to switch over to Xbox One instead of PS4, and this may further the shift.

Sony has said that vents in the VR shouldn't be allowing this to happen and they haven't heard of it happening before, but there have been some people experiencing this problem. Even if it's one out of every one hundred headsets, I personally wouldn't risk spending that money just to find out that I'm in the 1% of people experiencing the problem. Trust me, I know my luck.

Anyway, best of luck to Sony in figuring out this issue. I know the VR was a big move by them and they really want it to pull some numbers. With time and effort, I'm sure they can resolve the problem fairly easily and quickly. The Playstation VR is set to launch on October 13th, and you might want to think twice about picking yours up right on release day.
