PlayStation Now and the DualShock 4 USB Wireless Adapter

PlayStation Now is coming to Windows PC. The app will be launched first in Europe and will hit North America shortly after that. With people wondering about PlayStation exclusive games through the app, Sony responded by saying:

This will bring a wide selection of PlayStation exclusive titles to Windows PC for the very first time, including entries in the Uncharted, God of War, and Ratchet & Clank franchises, as well as beloved PS3 games like The Last of Us and Journey.

With this app, Sony has also revealed a brand new device coming to PC - the DualShock 4 USB Wireless Adapter. This gives the player full controller functionality on the PC while still being able to play wirelessly. The stereo headset jack, vibration, motion sensors, light bar, and more will all be supported through the use of the wireless adapter. The estimated price of the adapter is currently set at $24.99 USD and $29.99 CAD.

These are the recommended specs that Sony released for using PS Now on your PC:

• Windows 7 (SP1), 8.1 or 10
• 3.5 GHz Intel Core i3 or 3.8 GHz AMD A10 or faster
• 300 MB or more; 2 GB or more of RAM
• Sound card; USB port

Though the exact release date for PS Now has not been determined, Sony will keep players updated when more information is ready. The release of the DualShock 4 USB Wireless Adapter is going to be in early September, but the exact date is still to be determined.
