Minecraft creations have official gone absolutely nuts. We've seen some really crazy things in the past built with redstone in the past, but something new takes the cake. YouTuber, SethBling, has made an Atari 2600 emulator within Minecraft. No tricks. No jokes. It works as intended and everything. He even shows off how it can play games like Donkey Kong and PacMan. Given, everything renders at a glacial pace (like 4 hours = 1 second), but no one can really complain. It's rendering Atari games, dammit!

What have you been doing in your free time?

The actual numbers behind the scenes are staggering. The Minecraft emulator uses more than 2,000 command blocks to get the job done. Those supposedly pull data from the in-game-built cartridges made from basic building materials in the game. I've got to admit, it's over my head. If you want to hear Seth talk about it more in depth, you can check out his video about it here.

The emulator is pretty stunning to say the least. And luck for you, Seth is a pretty generous guy. Instead of forcing us all to make our own, he's decided to share the world file with everyone. So if you want to play the longest game of Donkey Kong ever, then give it a shot.
