Sony has just recently announced that PSP hits Patapon and LocoRoco 2 will be getting remastered for the Playstation 4. This is coming after the success of the remastered versions of PaRappa the Rapper and LocoRoco came to PS4 a short while ago. Clearly Sony was pretty happy with the attention those two remastered editions received, so they're out for more this time around.

For those of you that never played these games on a PSP, don't worry. We have you covered. Patapon is a fun and innovative rhythm game that was released all the way back in 2007. The game is a 2D platformer and will be available at 1080p on the PS4 and 4K for the PS4 Pro. You must lead a noble tribe of Patapons through a series of epic battles by using drumbeats to command your troop to attack, defend, and march forward.

LocoRoco 2 is, obviously, the sequel to the popular game LocoRoco. In this, you must used physics-based tilt-and-roll mechanics to bring life and music back to the planet. The evil Moja army have returned, and you must either defeat them or be enslaved forever.
