So, it's been predicted for a while, and it appears that the Nintendo Switch is right on track to blow the Wii U out of the water in terms of sales. Yes indeed, to date, the Nintendo Switch has sold 10 million units worldwide, and no doubt has it been thanks to not only a fantastic lineup that includes The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 2, and Super Mario Odyssey, but also a plethora of third-party titles and ports such as Wolfenstein, Skyrim, and more.
The Switch is catching up to the Wii U quickly, having just sold a little over 13.5 million units over the course of its lifetime. And you know what? The Switch is just the beginning. So here's to a happy celebration (and victory), and looking forward to the future of the Nintendo Switch!
