The Wii U has been sporting some pretty neat virtual console titles. Just recently Xenoblade Chronicles arrived on the console (unfortunately and only in Europe), which more than likely breathed some additional life into the system. But another unexpected RPG has arrived on virtual console in North America--Pandora's Tower! Below you will find the descriptions of the following arrivals this week for 3DS and Wii U:

Wii U

Wind-Up Knight 2 - Born as a free mobile entry, Wind-Up Knight 2 brings the Wind-Up Knight back with its beloved platforming elements. But now, the Wii U is offering players the opportunity to experience the platformer on the Wii U for $7.50. Wind-Up Knight 2 follows Sprint, a clockwork knight with an inability to stop. With this ability as his companion (adversary?), Sprint must rescue the princess, all while avoiding traps, cliffs and enemies. Earning praise in several reviews, it's bound to bring many hours of fun to players.

Pandora's Tower - A favorite among many, this "Operation Rainfall" JRPG is dark but filled with plenty of action. The story rests its eyes on a young woman, cursed to transform into a hideous beast. But can she be saved from the man she loves? For $19.99, action-RPG fans who've missed out should consider giving this title a run for its money.

3DS

Best of Arcade Games - Air Hockey - Though not brimming with innovation, Air Hockey offers a base game with level progression with an AI of basically unaltered difficulty. Unfortunately, there's no multiplayer to speak of.

Best of Arcade Games - Bubble Buster - A form of bubble-match up, Bubble Buster has the same basic rules of any bubble puzzles: match three or more to pop. Players can journey through fifty levels in Bubble Buster.

Garfield Kart - A Mario Kart clone, Garfield Kart offers a variety of courses at three difficulty settings, complete with boosts, weapons, and power-ups.

I Love My Dogs - Demo Version - Of course just a demo to the full version, I Love my Dogs demo introduces you to the world of adorable dogs. A great simulator to help you prepare for the responsibility of owning a puppy!

Paddington: Adventures in London - Take on the role of Paddington the bear and tack on several missions in the city of London.

Brave Tank Hero - Be a tank! Be a soldier! Be both! With over 50 missions, you can take your tank, supe it up, and take down the enemy! With three different types of tanks, tactical advantages will be on your side.
