Next Minecraft Story Mode Episode Launches on August 15

Ah, Minecraft. The game that has virtually no story, but still got a story-driven series anyway. Maybe that's what makes it so popular. Either way, Season two of Minecraft: Story Mode is among us, and Telltale games just announced that the next episode of the season will be launching on August 15.

If you're unfamiliar with the series, the Second Season premiered on July 11th, and you can watch the episodes, including the upcoming S02E02 on PS4, Xbox One, PC/Mac, Android, and IOS. If you're the proud owner of a Nintendo Switch, then you can watch the full first season of Minecraft: Story Mode on August 22nd.

The second season will consist of five episodes compared to the first season's eight. Here's a description for the upcoming season two, second episode ( SPOILER ALERT):

Jesse and the gang survived the Sea Temple, but they brought home a little more than they bargained for: a lost adventurer, a powerful device, and a colossal enemy capable of grinding Beacontown to dust.
