A fun new party game, Marooners, has recently been released on Steam. The game came out on September 15th and is currently on a 30% off sale. They are also offering players who have played for one hour a free key to invite a friend. Since the game is so heavily reliant on playing with multiple people, I think the free key giveaway is an awesome way to get people playing and even get some lucky friends access for free. The game is only $9, so it's not incredibly expensive to begin with, but it looks like loads of fun! The game revolves around several mini games and you can be in a lobby of up to 6 players. When the game begins, you will be placed into one random mini game. At any point, the mini game will end and a new one will begin. Eventually, the game quickly swaps between the different mini games and you must make sure to keep up and collect as much money as possible in each game.

A mini game will stop repeating after everybody has died, or one person is still alive. Don't worry though. If you die in a mini game and everybody else is still alive, you become a ghost. The ghost allows you to troll other players by constantly hitting them and trying to slow them down. It's a great way to get revenge on your friend who refused to tip the pizza guy last weekend. As you play through the game, you unlock new characters and weapons for your profile. The game just got out of early access, so there isn't a ton of content, but I'm sure more will be added in the coming weeks here. It looks like a really great time and I'm definitely looking forward to hopping into some lobbies with my friends!
