Universum: War Front is a new indie game created by Boston-based designer, Cyril Megem. This guy left his job to pursue his goal of creating an awesome video game, and he now seeks funding on Kickstarter to complete the project. The game has influences from many popular games, such as Battlefield, Dota, Warhammer and Star Wars.

After just a few days the project reached its modest goal of $20,000, which will go to the hiring of help. So far, Cyril Megem has created everything by himself, even the soundtrack. This is one dedicated game developer and we can only hope his hard work pays off, the game brings us something new with the whole RPG/RTS/FPS mix.

The video below is a snippet of Universum: War Front that will blow your mind away. Really, one guy did all this? Cyril is extremely talented and this game looks like it has the potential to compete with any game on the market right now. We've never seen anything like this before, an RTS game that lets you come down in FPS mode - it looks addicting!
