Leslie Benzies, the former president of Rockstar North has opened up a brand new gaming studio and has announced their first title. The game, Everywhere, is going to be this new studio's debut title and attempt to change the way people play games. While information on this game is very scarce, we do know some pretty bare-bones details. For starters, the game will not be similar to GTA. While there may be some situations that are similar, this isn't going to be some carbon copy of the successive Grand Theft Auto series.
The game is also being created with Amazon's Lumberyard engine, which is the same engine currently being used to create Star Citizen. Lumberyard is very powerful and if it's used to full potential, this game could come out extremely well. As for the name, the game is called Everywhere because it wants players to be able to make there own decisions, live their own lives, and influence the game in whatever way they see fit. From the early information, it appears as though your choices and decisions will influence the game, but not in a traditional good guy/bad guy way.
There are no videos out for the title right now, and the game's official website is also extremely vague. More information will hopefully be hitting the surface pretty soon here and this is a game we'll definitely have to keep our eyes on.
