New Dynasty Warriors Entry is in the Works for Mobile

Woohoo! A new Dynasty Warriors for... mobile? Wha?

Yes, it's happening. For the first time in Dynasty Warriors history, one of the entries will be exclusive to iOS and Android. As for when? Sometime in "late 2016."

The North Korean-produced Project Dynasty Warriors is a brand new free-to-play mobile title that will offer the same experienced that you'd receive on a PlayStation 4.

Seriously?

Geez.

Either way, don't expect this to be some typical phone app with a Dynasty Warriors skin. Project Dynasty Warriors (tentative title) will be taking assets from Dynasty Warriors 8 and will be transferring them to mobile. However, there will be a focus on collecting unique characters and items.

According to Nexon Korea CEO Jiwon Park:
