According to a new listing by WizKids, a new Dungeons & Dragons board game is due to release later this year.

Fist discovered by Comicbook.com, the WizKids website has a new listing in their August 2018 releases section. The listing has no image, and is simply titled "Dungeons & Dragons®: 2018 Adventure System Board Game Premium Edition."

The Adventure System Board Game is a long-running series of tabletop games that can be played interchangeably. These games usually drop the player, who controls a figurine with relevant stats, into a dungeon. The players will fight monsters and enemies as they progress deeper down. Each rendition coincided with a Dungeons & Dragons storyline, with last year being the Tomb of Annihilation.

What does this mean? It means that we can expect a new official Dungeons & Dragons storyline to release sometime before this August, with this unnamed board game sharing the title.

I hope you D20s are ready because there's about to be much more to explore.
