The brand new Dishonored DLC, Death of the Outsider, is the next addition to popular Dishonored franchise. It has also been confirmed by co-creative director, Harvey Smith, that the game will be standalone title. That being said, it won't cost the full $60 USD per usual, but will instead be $29.99.

If you're in the small minority of gamers that haven't played Dishonored, myself included, we have nothing to worry about. This might actually be a great starting point for those that have never played, seeing as how we can sample the gameplay and storyline for half the usual price.

Smith said that they had to take into consideration that some people have never played Dishonored before. If you're making a standalone title, it has to be inviting to a new audience as well, even though it's simultaneously being used as a storyline add-on. That makes the design work pretty difficult, but they were able to pull it off.

The game will be coming to Xbox One, PS4, and PC on September 15 of 2017. Check out the interview down below and see if it's worth the 30 bucks!
