Video games have the amazing capability to immortalize characters into our hearts and minds, and that's exactly what Monolith is doing with their latest DLC for Middle-Earth: Shadow of War. The DLC, titled, Forthog the Orc Slayer, adds a new character into the game that's based on Monolith's former executive producer, Michael Forgey, who died fighting cancer last year during the making of the game.
Forthog is a godly Orc-Slayer who fights packs of orcs with what looks like a guitar with a blade on the end. The DLC costs $5, and Warner Brothers Interactive is giving $3.50 of every purchase to the Forgey family, in honor of Michael. All proceeds from the DLC will be going to Michael's family up until December 31, 2019.
