Sometimes a lead writer has to move on, you know? Well, the Mass Effect Andromeda lead writer, Chris Schlerf, actually confirmed on Twitter today that he left BioWare to join Bungie.

At least he stuck with BioWare for almost two years, but previously he worked on Halo 4 at 343 Industries. However, with his leaving, he mentioned that Mass Effect Andromeda is going to "blow people away." But if we have anything to go by, it would be his LinkedIn page, where one of his duties is described as: "Expansion of traditional BioWare storytelling tools and techniques into new areas leveraging increased player choice and agency, in-world narrative, and asynchronous storytelling."

This move actually does help to prove that there's a massive exodus going on at BioWare, as Chris Wynn also recently left the company. What Schlerf plans to do is unknown, but we can probably assume that he'll be on the Destiny train.
