Madden 18 has officially been shown off at EA's E3 press conference, and they wanted to showcase their brand new story mode. In this mode you play as a character who ran away from football. He is now attempting to return because football is his life, and you must help him get drafted to an NFL team.

The mode looks like it's full of drama. In the trailer alone, we see a fight in car, some hard hits, and some very vivid memories that the main character has of his father. Perhaps the father has died and now the character has decided to go back to his roots? We aren't quite sure yet, but we do know that this game is going to be running with the Frostbite engine, just like FIFA 18

People around the league seem to know who you are, and hopefully more of the story will be revealed before the game's release on August 25th. Until then, we can just watch this story trailer on loop. If you haven't had the chance to check it out yet, see all the drama for yourself right down below!
