Limbo took the indie gaming world by storm. The dark style, tone, and story worked as the precedent for indie game immersion. All gamers have either played it or have been made fun of for not. And now, the guys at Playdead have arrived with a new title: INSIDE. And of course, it's an action-adventure puzzle game.
It's not hard to see the relation.
Playdead began working on INSIDE shortly after Limbo launched. It takes the style and feel of Limbo to a new level. Of course, this leads to high expectations. INSIDE worked as a test to show whether Playdead has the workings of an amazing indie game company or a one-hit wonder. So far, INSIDE has garnered great reception and reviews for its PC and Xbox releases. So things are looking good for Playdead.
