For the first time, a game of PlayUnknown's Battlegrounds will actually award you with a chicken dinner. KFC is partnering with Twitch to award various PUBG stream viewers with a chicken-themed prize, should they use the KFC Twitch emote.

Sacriel, Sequisha, Anthony Kongphan and Dr. Lupo, three influential Twitch streamers will be competing to win as many games as they can on March 24 and 25. When they do, any participating viewer that spams the KFC emote will be entered to win a $5 KFC gift card. Even rarer, a select few random entries will be awarded a KFC-themed loot bucket containing a collection of "survival" gear. That gear being:
  • Colonel Sanders ghillie suit
  • Survival spork
  • Skillet
  • Mask
  • $50 KFC gift card + "med kit"
I get that this is a promotional event meant to make you think about KFC, and it's working. I'll just fry up some chicken from home, though.
