I mentioned Just Cause 3's Mech Land Assault DLC awhile back, and at the time, the content sounded like a doozy. But now, the second content pack, which is part of the Air, Land and Sea Expansion Pass, is soon to be available on June 10, though it's currently available to Expansion Pass Holders.

To celebrate the release, check out the new gameplay trailer:

The hype is immense, here especially with the introduction of mechs and the new Bavarium Power Core rifle.

Rico Rodriguez will be traveling to the new island of Lacrima, which is home to an abandoned eDEN reserach base and is now a prison camp run by Black Hand. All Rico needs to do is take this organization DOWN.

Here are the features of the Mech Land Assault:
  • Pilot two types of powerful Mech and drive them anywhere in Medici
  • You'll be able to attract and hurl objects at enemies a la gravity gun with the Mech's Gravitational Remote Influence Projector, or GRIP.
  • You'll be able to take advantage of the GRIP's "Force Pulse" attack to jump and smash through helicopters and tanks.
  • You'll be able to take part in Mech arena challenges.
  • Call in Rebel Mech buddy and inflict even more firepower on the enemy!
The Mech Land Assault pack is priced at $11.99 / 11.99 / £9.49, though you can purchase the entire Expansion Pass for $24.99 / 24.99 / £19.99. Stay tuned for the final pack, Bavarium Sea Heist, which will release by the end of summer of 2016.
