If you were a '90s kid (or earlier), you may have partaken in the classic playground game "marbles." For those needing an explanation, players draw a ring around the marbles. After, players would "shoot" marbles into the ring with a marble of their own. Marbles that are knocked out of the ring would be kept, equating to points. The one with the most points, or marbles, wins! Sometimes, players would up the ante and permanently keep whatever marbles are knocked out of the ring.

Nevertheless, the point is thus:

As we grow up, so don't marbles.

A couple days ago, Inflo Games, a mobile publisher, has released a rather quirky and evolved version of marbles, titled Marble Monster. Part marble shooter and part RPG, Marble Monsters offers a unique hybrid that challenges players to conquer levels utilizing the power of geometry and marbles.

In Marble Monster, you have a team of "marbles," which represent a monster or character. On a battlefield, these characters must work together to knock enemies to 0 HP using an array of group strategy and abilities.

Marble Monster has initially launched with over 100 levels, 500 monsters to capture, and a plethora of abilities to use. Besides solo mode, players can engage in an MMO setting, challenging other players in PvP and joining guilds to tackle raids together.

This game appears promising and plays very smoothly, wielding various mechanics and lots of content that keeps the player occupied for a good while. Below you can find the official key features of Marble Monsters:
  • Free-to-Play
  • 100+ levels with more to come!
  • 5 distinct elemental worlds
  • 500+ monsters to collect
  • Earn daily mission rewards
  • Guilds, Raids, Dungeons, and much more!
It's definitely worth a look on the Google Play Store and the iOS Store. if you have a few minutes to spare in your schedule.
