Admit it or not, but there's a good chance you've stolen something. Maybe it was a borrowed movie from a friend you never returned. Maybe it was a tube of lip balm or something. Regardless, I doubt it was anything you'd consider a major crime. That's not true for Stevie Hammond Badger. The 31-year-old resident of Columbus, Indiana stole some video games from Best Buy. And by some, I mean $1.6K worth of video games.

It's safe to say she didn't get off this easy.

Upon driving away from the store with her loot, police followed. According to Fox59, the chase lasted only a few minutes. In that time, Hammond Badger was said to have driven into at least two separate yards. After that, the police pulled back and stopped pursuit. It wasn't over there, though.

Later, police decided to pay a visit to Hammond Badger's residence. Despite all screaming logic, the police found the suspect there and arrested her on the scene. Upon other things, she was charged with the original theft as well as resisting arrest.
