I Expect You To Die 2: The Spy and the Liar Announced

The life of an action-packed secret spy agent is a dangerous one. But despite the risks, youre still here. You need a new collection of challenges and death defying acts to partake in. Dont worry, agent, we have just the thing. Introducing I Expect You To Die 2: The Spy and the Liar, a sequel to the hit VR puzzle game.

Developers Schell Games recently released a new announcement/teaser trailer for I Expect You To Die 2: The Spy and the Liar (lets just call it IEYTD2 for now), showcasing a variety of new features, levels, and mechanics taking place in the same universe as the first game.



The dreadful Dr. Zoraxis continues to threaten the world with his dastardly plots. While you thought you thwarted him in the original game, hes back with more. As such, you need to go back undercover, discover his plot, and stop it before it's too late.

IEYTD2 will feature a collection of new environments and puzzles to experience. Trailer appears to show a medieval castle setting, though it also appears to be the stage for a theatre. The rest remains a mystery.

It also will dive deeper into the lore of Zoraxis. Learn more about him and his plot, as well as other villains that have taken allegiance with him.

I Expect You To Die 2: The Spy and the Liar will release some time in 2021. While platforms are not confirmed, it already has a Steam page. It will likely release on PSVR as well, since the first game did. More information will be revealed as we get closer to the release date. Stay tuned. It is a VR game and will require a virtual reality device to play.
