I suppose April Fools' jokes can be real! Remember the 2015 April Fools' Day joke by Hyperkin the Smart Boy? Well, apparently the little peripheral, which takes on the shape of a Game Boy and lets you play Game Boy carts on your smartphone, was real and the company was developing it. Unfortunately, the status remained hush hush until E3. It was on the show floor at E3. Unfortunately, the design of the Smart Boy has kinda devolved since then, but not by much. The Smart Boy itself acts like a controller for you to use to play your mobile titles, and even has a slot to shove old Game Boy titles into.
That's great, because I've been wanting a device like this for awhile so I could finally play Final Fantasy Legend, Legend II and Legend III!
So, do you have your eyes set on this baby? As for the price, that remains to be seen.
