Huge Halo 3 ODST Update and Halo Reach World Premier

Well, it seems E3 defiantly had some great moments for Halo. There was a great deal of new game play shown as well as a new trailer for Halo 3 ODST. If you've been living under a rock for the past year and don't know much about the game, it's basically Halo 3 but from the perspective of an ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper) Marine. You fight as him with no shields and different weaponry. It's much more of a stealthy game than running into the fire as Master chief had done. Well, you're probably wanting to see some footage and we've posted a few videos that will give you a good idea of the game itself;

And another BIG surprise was the World Premier Trailer of Halo Reach which obviously becomes a prequel story. We're unsure if it's a completely new game or another add on but we're guessing an expanded add on but with an even greater story. So check this trailer out;

In other more recent news, according to ShackNews it appears as if Microsoft is wanting to launch the game as a full on $60 title. The peeps at Bungie indicate that ODST will have a 3-5 hour campaign so that coupled with new multiplayer features and maps would be what is going into Microsoft's decision. Last, another cool feature is the Halo 3 ODST Firefight mode which Microsoft says puts up to four players facing off against "increasingly challenging waves of enemies," similar to Gears of War 2's Horde mode.
