Heroes of the Storm PTR Update Gives Every Hero a Mustache

Total accident, probably.

Games have public testing servers in order to take care of bugs and introduce content without the worry of breaking the game itself. In the Heroes of the Storm PTR servers, an update went through with some unexpected results. It seems as if every single playable character in the roster is now rocking a pretty sweet mustache.

I'm sure this was unexpected, as I don't know any other reason why all the heroes would have mustaches, but it's definitely hilarious. Blizzard even came out with a comedic statement on the Reddit forums when people started asking questions, stating:

"It tested through the roof with the high school math teacher demographic.

Next patch we'll be exploring mutton chops and other fun sideburns!"

Glad to see that Blizzard is having some fun with the strange update as well! I'm sure this will be resolved quickly, but maybe this experience has given Blizzard some ideas for a mustache Halloween event now.
