Games that have a unique way of standing out are the ones we remember most. Is Hero Generations: Regen a title that will be remembered through the ages? Not necessarily, but it does have a very unique concept. In the game, you create your first character and hop into the world. It's a turn based game where every move has an impact on your life. When I say impact, I don't mean that you might pick up a health potion and now you have this sweet new item. Every turn is ONE YEAR of your character's life. Could you even imagine it taking you one year to move from the computer your using to your bathroom?

The game also features permadeath and limited lifespan, which force you to think carefully about every single move. The main goal in the game is to become famous and find a mate. With your acquired lover, you will produce a child that becomes the new playable character and you continue your family legacy. Should you build and craft the world around you, or would you rather go explore far away lands and build fame for yourself?

When talking about the replayability of the game, the producer Heart Shaped Games, stated:

The game features an expansive over world with 6 unique biomes where you can use the massive tech tree to build 19 different building types. Each building generates different resources and powerful new abilities that can be passed down from generation to generation

The game is available on iOS and Steam, and also has Steam support for leaderboards, achievements, trading cards, and cloud saving. The game was created with Unity and has fast frame rates, high resolution gameplay, particle effects, new animations, and a ton of features. This game is a huge step up from the original Hero Generations and definitely deserves a look!
