Halo Outpost Discovery Coming to a City Near You

It's been awhile since we had some cool Halo news and this news is probably some of the best from Halo that I've seen in awhile. If you're a fan of interactive exhibits and the like then you'll be in for a treat in the announcement of Halo Outpost Discovery. Its summary is as follows;

Halo: Outpost Discovery is a travelling fan experience that brings the Halo video game universe to life. This family-friendly event lets you step into Halos beloved science fiction setting like never before, with immersive themed attractions, interactive in-universe encounters, the latest playable game releases, and so much more. Visit a Halo Ring, get up close and personal with a real-life Warthog, battle fellow recruits in an epic laser tag arena, experience thrilling in-universe encounters with the latest simulation technologies, and much more.

Whether youre a Halo veteran or brand new to the franchise, Halo: Outpost Discovery offers experiences designed with everyone in mind. From deep dives into the Halo backstory and interactive museum components, to hands-on gameplay and unique, exclusive shopping opportunities, this fan experience is guaranteed to delight the whole family.

One could argue that this has to be a method that is being used to build up to the next Halo game, Halo Infinite. I would even bet that they might have a Halo Infinite playable demo at these fan experiences. Nevertheless I might be taking the trip to Houston to take the tour.
