Halo 4 Forward Unto Dawn Full Trailer and Info

Well it would appear that Microsoft finally got their act together to produce what appears to be the first full live action Halo movie! Microsoft and 343 Industries recently released a few trailers and a behind the scenes look at the making of the web series which will be put together along with 15 minutes of never before scene footage and coupled with the release of the Halo 4 collector's edition. All in all, it will be feature length at 90 minutes. Check out the trailers below;

The Plot & Series Info

The series will revolve around Master Chief and how he inspired a young UNSC cadet who will eventually become a leader aboard the UNSC Infinity spacecraft, with pre-war flashbacks spliced in. It will play out over five weekly installments, each being around 15 minutes in length. Frank O'Connor, franchise development director at 343 Industries, told Variety, "We needed a way to ensure there was a way for people to get on board this universe without feeling intimidated."

It is set to release on Oct. 5, 2012, exclusively through Machinima and on Halo Waypoint as a five-episode digital series. More information can be seen on IGN which has comments from the cast and crew along with other production info here.
