The Steam Database, for those not in the know (much in the way I wasn’t until recently) is a part of Steam that’s singular purpose is to track every minute change in the Steam Store--oftentimes, in the process, spoiling games and giving us a sneak peak at things developers would rather be surprises.
Well, the folks at NeoGAF are
at it again, digging through the Steam Database for details and info, and this time, they’ve got unbelievable news--as in, it’s literally unbelievable, so don’t strictly believe it.
They discovered a list of games that are apparently going to be put onto the steam store, and I’ll let you look at it yourself before I contribute any commentary:
- Half-Life 3
- Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster
- Final Fantasy VI
- Bad Rats Show
- FlatOut 4
- Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-
- Little King's Story
- STEINS;GATE
- Everybody's Gone to the Rapture
- Sonic Boom
- Earth Defense Force 4.1
- Criminal Girls
- Stranger of Sword City
- Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc
- Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair
Some of these, like Danganronpa, Earth Defense Force, and STEINS;GATE, are pretty exciting. And believable. Others--or should I say, ‘other’, being Half-Life 3--are less than credible. Now, the Steam Database has been wrong in the past, so, it’s certainly not worth getting excited or angry about, but still--technically ONE of these days Half-Life 3 will come out, so it’s worth keeping a finger crossed just in case.
...right?
