The bizarre, wonky, wobbly goat plans to make his debut on an unexpected platform thanks to the widespread popularity of Goat Simulator. Even I have spent hours on this once Steam exclusive, exploring the pools, doing flips in a world with broken physics, shattering fences and homes, and slapping tongues against cars, people, cats, and other goats.
And we cannot forget the demon goat that can be summoned via a twisted method.
Well, though it has been released on Steam and on mobile devices, we can look forward to Coffee Stain Studios' whimsicle goat bleating on the Xbox One thanks to the ID@Xbox program. Now Xbox One gamers can explore the open world and smash through house windows, possibly together and for hours on end courtesy of potential multiplayer access and the inclusion of all the maps found on the Steam version.
Don't expect the game to have a plot however. The only goal of this game is to goof off and interact with everything the world has to offer. So if you lacked a PC or smartphone or just plain don't care for playing on those platforms, you can look forward to rampaging through the streets on Microsoft's Platform in the oncoming months.
