Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - First Assault Online has no entered beta. As the game is structured as free-to-play in the first place, the beta is as well. Based on the popular Ghost in the Shell anime series, this game will put players together in a squad-based fps format. Both Steam and the Nexon Global Platform have the game available.

Looks like a one-sided fight.

I'm torn. I am a pretty big fan of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. It's got cyberpunk, noir, and philosophy mixed together in a blender of crime and violence. It's so great. But I actually hate most free-to-play games. Focus on that word, "most." Last month, that word wouldn't have been there. It would have been "all." Pokemon GO has forced me to revise my mass generalization of all free-to-play games. So maybe Ghost in the Shell is worth a try. There's only one way to find out for sure.
