GameStop will be hosting midnight launch events for the Playstation 4's release on November 15th. These events will start at 6 PM on November 14th, and if you're in a rush to get the PS4 you can purchase it at 12:01 AM on the 15th. Of course, if you haven't purchased one yet then you are out of luck because GameStop is completely sold out.

On November 10th, shoppers were able to receive up to a 90 percent bonus trade-in credit when they applied it to the purchase of a PS4. That promotion contributed to a great deal of PS4 sales, and many of the people attending the midnight launch events will be people who purchased one on November 10th. The midnight launch events will also feature live music, contests, and prizes - so it will definitely be an exciting night for the people attending these events.

GameStop is cashing in on next generation gaming consoles, so you can expect similar midnight launch events on the following week, as the Xbox One is scheduled to be released on November 22nd.
