Too bad it will have Denuvo on it.

The creators of Planet Coaster and Zoo Tycoon have come together to create a modern marvel: Planet Zoo! Frontier Developments has announced the upcoming zoo management game with its own trailer.

In Planet Zoo, the player will craft a variety of artificial habitats for a wide variety of exotic animals, such as the West African Lion and the Grizzly Bear. Research and manage all of the different species, cultivating future generations of happy and healthy animals. And if you were to perhaps open this land to the public for a modest admission fee, who would blame you?

The game will feature the same level of creative construction that Planet Coaster was praised for. Design and build unique and interesting habitats for your animals to live in and your customers to ogle.

Players will be able to share their habitats and scenery online with a connected community option, the Steam Workshop. See the best the community has to offer, or post your own creations for praise and acclaim.

There's a bit of bad news, unfortunately. According to the official Steam listing for the game, Planet Zoo will incorporate infamous 3rd-party DRM system Denuvo. The software is commonly known amongst the PC community for causing technical issues while also being cracked in record-breaking timeframes.

No official release date or price has been announced for Planet Zoo at this time. It will be available on Steam PC, and interested users can add the game to their Wishlist in the meantime. For more information, visit the game's official website.
