People are buzzing about Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, the recently announced game from FROM Software. But that wasn't the only game by them announced at this year's E3. Devolver Digital announced a remaster of Metal Wolf Chaos, a mech combat game originally released for the Xbox in 2004.

During Devolver's Mahria Zook stated that Metal Wolf Chaos was a motherfucking legendary piece of cold-rolled amazing [that] was forged in the most sacred elements of video game development: mechs, explosions and overly-dramatic voice acting. Metal Wolf Chaos XD will be coming to PC later this year, complete with visual upgrades and widescreen support.

According to the game's now-live Steam page, the game will features "meticulously updated visuals with improvements to resolution, select textures, and visuals effects that are brought to life in a new widescreen format with 1080p and 4K support, where applicable." It will also include a new save system and some gameplay improvements. Metal Wolf Chaos XD will be available later this year for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC for an undisclosed price.
