OG Planet and Red Duck Inc. are set to unveil a new FPS MMO, titled Metro Conflict. The developer and publisher are cruising the game through the final testing stage before they release the open beta test. The beta, which will open in the coming weeks, is currently available for pre-registration.

Initially, servers will only be available for North American and European players, but there will be servers added for other regions in the future.

The beta is currently due to lauch early this summer, but there has been no exact release date. However, there will be a goody for those that participate in the beta phase. All beta players will receive a 24 karat pixel-plated gold knife skin, available upon the full release.

Curious about the trailer?

The trailer, unfortunately, doesn't detail any gameplay, but it attempts to look action-y via CGI.

The visuals in the trailer appear very familiar though, don't they?

Almost... Destiny-like?

Seriously, on the main site, the left-most character looks way too similar to a Hunter.
