Hello! If you've reached this forum then it means that you're interested in listing your Lan Party / Gaming Event. Great! In order to do so you must first become a member of GamerzUnite. That part is pretty easy. All you will need to do is register on the forum here on the link to the top right of the site. Once registered simply proceed to the Lan/Event Listings forum, find your location and make your post with the required information below;
Here are our basic rules:
1. Your event MUST be free of charge. (Unless you're a sponsor or it's a food charge, IE, Pizza - $5.)
2. In the case your event is only for friends, put "(Friends Only)" in the thread title.
3. Your event must seat at least 6 people. (Unless it's a Friends Only.)
UPDATE (3-1-14):
Attention Potential Sponsors...
All posting of lan parties and gaming events are now free of charge. This is a limited promotion and can end at any time.
Sticky Events:
We charge a one-time $10 fee to sticky any event posting you make, send me a PM on here if you're interested.
We charge a one-time $10 for our social promotion package in which we list your LAN on both of the following;

www.twitter.com/lanparties
Below is a sample of how your listing should look:
Name: This would be your thread title as well.
Date: The date and time of your event.
Duration: The time frame you expect your event to last. (Example, Noon - Midnight)
Ages: List your desired age range to attend here, 18-35
Location: List your address or the address of the location of the event here. (This is not required if it's a friends only event. Assuming you have it at your home.)
Cost: All events must be free unless you are a paid sponsor, contact us for details.
Details: List whatever details possible here. (Be sure to list the games that will be played here.)
Contact Name: Person to contact regarding details, please list AT LEAST your e-mail here. Phone number as well if possible.
Homepage: Web site describing the event details if you have one.
Internet: Will you provide Internet Access, simply put "yes or no".
Alcohol: Yes or No. (If yes, your event must be 21+ only)
Hardware: Bring your own (or) Provided.
*Be advised that we reserve the right to delete any Event listing without notice but just make sure you follow these simple rules and you probably will be ok.
