Fortnite Releases New Locations

The game that has been sweeping the nation and "memeing" just as much, Fornite has just added some new fancy locations to its map. All five of these locations are located on the western side of the map - this is due to some pretty big spacing between hot spots before the update. One of the new locations is now the biggest in the game: the Tilted Towers. Not only is it huge, but the dev team actually stated that it is, in fact, a city, unlike the previous neighborhoods and factories we have seen before.

The new locations include:

• Shift Shafts
• Snobby Shores
• Haunted Hills
• Junk Hill
• Tilted Towers

Although they wanted to make the map more dense with structures, they didn't want to take out the building aspect of the game. The dev team promised that they still left plenty of room for players to build their own forts, one of the most exciting portions of end game.

A couple of extras in the update include friendly fire being turned off. I don't know about you, but that will be a tremendous help in my realm of gaming. Another exciting update is that the scoped AR, one of the communities least favorite supply drops, is no longer featured in supply drops. Also, to help that poor soul of a gun be utilized more, the developers have changed the arrow reticle to a more user friendly design. Now go out there and get that Victory Royale!
