If you wanted to play the mobile version of Fortnite: Battle Royale, you had to be invited either by a friend or with a special link. Now anyone can play on their compatible iOS devices.

Developer Epic Games announced this morning that the game has officially launched on the App Store via Twitter. The game requires an internet connection and iOS 11. It is only compatible with the iPhone SE, 6S, 7, 8 and X, and with the iPad Mini 4, Air 2, 2017 and Pro models. There are plans for an Android version, but no word on when that may be.

Players can synchronize their game progress between PC, console, and mobile when they log into their Epic account. This means any skins the player owns can be accessed between them. You can even play with friends on different platforms.

If Fortnite isn't your bag, you can also try PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Mobile, which launched on the appropriate markets last month. Much like Fortnite, it's a fair representation of the game on mobile platforms.
