Are you an Age of Empires fan looking for a fix? More to the point, a mobile fix? Well, Forge of Empires might be just the fix for you. The name is quite ironic I know but this is a pretty cool game that has blown up over the past year or so, especially in Russia although North America is right behind it.

The creators of Forge of Empires, InnoGames recently put out a nifty Info graphic detailing the games recent growth and success, most particularly on the mobile side which shows users going away from their traditional browser based setup. Check it out below;

Yep, those are quite some stats and quite some castles, the Castel del Monte and Notre Dame sound expensive and/or time consuming. Here's the general description of the game plus a link to play it in case you're interested.

Forge of Empires is a strategy game where players, tasked with leading their own city to prosperity can research new technologies, build impressive historical buildings and enlarge their sphere of influence through military campaigns and skillful dealing.
