Alexander: Gordias arrived today alongside several adjustments to job actions. Here are some of the major highlights of the patch notes:
[3.0]: These additions and adjustments require the purchase and registration of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward.
[2.0]: These additions and adjustments do not require the purchase of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward.
[2.0][3.0]: These additions and adjustments contain elements that may require the purchase and registration of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward.
- [3.0] A new Chronicles of a New Era quest has been added, which requires Disciple of War or Magic at level 60 and the completion of the Heavensward main scenario quest.
- [3.0] The rewards for certain quests have been adjusted.
- [3.0] New FATEs have been added.
- [2.0] The number of points awarded by defeating NPCs in Triple Triad tournaments have been increased.

Treasure coffers that appear upon completing Alexander: Gordias will not yield gear, but instead yield tokens that can be traded for gear of your choosing.
You can only receive one item per floor each week. In the event you are awarded an item from the loot list, you relinquish your right to vie for all remaining items regardless of whether you selected Need or Greed. Also note that there is no weekly restriction on entering Alexander: Gordias.
Reward eligibility is reset every Tuesday at 1:00 a.m. PDT

- [3.0] Adjustments have been made to the Mac version affecting performance.
- [2.0] The default folder for screenshots has been changed as follows: (Mac)
- [2.0] The default screen mode has been changed from Full Screen to Windowed. (Mac)
- Alisaie and Tataru minions are now available for purchase from the Final Fantasy XIV: Mog Station.
