Final Fantasy Adventure Remake Coming to West as Adventures of Mana

But it looks nothing like Sword of Mana :(

Remember Final Fantasy Adventure? Good if you have, but it was an old Game Boy game that spawned a full Game Boy Advance remake called Sword of Mana. So it feels a little strange to see that the title is getting yet ANOTHER remake with a different title: Adventures of Mana.

Yes, it's been announced that it's finally coming to the West and it will be releasing on iOS and Android. Even though in Japan the RPG is being released on the PlayStation Vita, the same may not be said for the West, as Square Enix hasn't confirmed such news. Adventures of Mana will be available this winter in Japan, so we can more than likely expect the game to release in 2017... or extremely late 2016.

You can check out the details of the character and the prologue on the Gematsu page here.

You can also check out the Japanese trailer right here:

Odd, it looks and feels nothing like Sword of Mana... And I loved the look.
