Just a little over a week and those looking forward (or not, considering their funds have probably been shattered by StarCraft II, Fallout 4, and/or Rise of the Tomb Raider) to Just Cause 3 will finally be able to try their hand at being as destructive as possible--this is encouraged by the game, by the by. To prepare for JC3's release, the final development diary has been released onto YouTube, which focuses on the gorgeous visuals and technical capabilities of the Avalanche Engine. With a combination of mechanics, procedural destruction models, and the awesome enemy AI, players can expect to have a helluva good time.

According to Linus Blomberg, CTO at Avalanche Studios on the Avalanche Engine:

"The ability to create a world of this density, complexity and size - that alone is something that makes the Avalanche Engine stand out."

Looks epic, doesn't it?

Just Cause 3 will be hitting high-end PCs, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One December 1, 2015.
