No? Well, you're about to. Imagine a game with leveling, but with no cap whatsoever--this is Fallout 4. Via Twitter, Bethesda Game Studios confirmed that the post-apocalyptic title will not have a level cap. Here are the exact words:
"To fans who've asked: Fallout 4 doesn't end when the main story is over and there is no level cap. You can keep playing and leveling."
There has been a slew of new goodies, such as romantic compatibility with companions and console-version modding, that will be included in Fallout 4. You can read more about it in our Fallout 4 QuakeCon wrap-up here.
Fallout 4 will release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC November 10, 2015.
Though I can't help but wonder:
Is it possible to reach level 1 billion in that case?
I suppose so.
