If you haven't been grinding out the Overwatch Anniversary Event for the new skins or dances, then you better go into full drive this weekend because Blizzard is hosting a double XP weekend across all three platforms, and the loot boxes are gonna be flowing faster than ever before. Faster leveling means faster loot boxes, and if you're planning on getting most of the new skins before June 12th when the event ends, you might wanna clear up some calendar space for this weekend.

Being the extremely kind, hardworking studio that they are, Blizzard has released a map, of sorts, for all the event starting times around the world. See you in game heroes!

Blizzard has announced that double XP will be applied to "nearly" every aspect of the game with the exception of the first win of the day bonus. They also stated that that the double XP bonus will stack multiplicatively with existing group and IGR bonuses.
