This is the worst kind of day for people like me: when there’s must-report news that ultimately can’t be stringed along to a nicely-sized article.  Still, it’s a must-write, and now that I’ve called myself out as unable to expand it artificially I may as well get on with it.

Do you have an EA origin account?  If you do, good news—you can download the original Dragon Age: Origins for free on your PC from now till October 14th

Do you not have an EA origin account?  If you don’t, good news—it’s free and you can still get a copy of Dragon Age: Origins if you sign up.

That’s pretty much it.  It’s a special ‘sale’ to celebrate the release of Dragon Age: Inquisition next month, probably in an effort to get people new to the series interested or caught up, but still, it’s a big, complicated game and it’s definitely worth your time if you have even a slight interest, given that it's free.

That is all.
