Seems like we're seeing some tricks up EA's sleeve this year.

So it appears that EA has some futuristic efforts up their sleeves. During their EA Play presentation for E3 2018, a team in Israel is working with EA to implement a cloud-streaming service for several devices, including mobile phones - this streaming service relies on the cloud-streaming technology once owned by Gamefly (and purchased by EA recently). There is promise of EA's games being streamed directly to any device with an internet connection, but in my opinion, there are many consumers in the United States, at the very least, who aren't capable of streaming games with their current internet connections.

There is also the announcement of Origin Access Premier, which grants you access to the recent games, including the first-time PC version of Madden 19, as well as all of the games form the EA Vault, which is pretty cool, but holy wow, do we have a lot of subscription services. Anyway, we now have a Netflix-style service coming from EA, and it will be for the PC platform. The subscription will be priced at $99.99 per year or $14.99 monthly.

For now, you can look forward to the following games entering the Premier lineup:

EA Sports Madden NFL 19 - Playable on August 2, 2018 for Origin Access Premier members
EA Sports FIFA 19 - Playable on September 20, 2018 for Origin Access Premier members
Battlefield V - Playable on October 11, 2018 for Origin Access Premier members
Anthem - Playable February 15, 2019 for Origin Access Premier members

Members of the service will also be able to access the EA Vault, which contains over 100 games, including Battlefield I, Mad Max, Surge, and Need for Speed: Payback. You'll also have 10 percent discounts on Origin Purchases. Members will also have unlimited access to The Sims 4. There is no page yet for this service, but we will be on the lookout.
