Contra's back, baby!

How?

In two ways:

1. A new Contra game is on the horizon, dubbed Contra Rogue Corps. Check out the trailer here:

So yeah, the graphics aren't the most impressive, but at the same time, I guess we can take any Contra over no Contra. Right?

Right!?

All I know is that you can play as a Panda. And that is all that matters.

2. If you haven't looked at the trailer (or even read the trailer's title) you may be tickled at learning that the Contra Anniversary Collection has launched for the Nintendo Switch for only $19.99.

The collection includes:
  • Contra (Arcade)
  • Super Contra
  • Contra (NA)
  • Contra (JP)
  • Super C
  • Contra III: The Alien Wars
  • Operation C
  • Contra Hard Corps
  • Super Probotector Alien Rebels
  • Probotector
Oh, that and it does include co-op. And this was just the tip of the iceberg for this year's Nintendo E3 Direct.
