Guess what is planning for release next month? Well, first of all, there are a lot of releases heading towards the PC and consoles over the next month, including Gravity Rush 2 and Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue (phew!).

There's a new game that has been announced, and one that is rather... unexpected.

Revealing... Double Dragon IV!

And it will not look as expected. Game developer Arc System Works purchased the rights to the Double Dragon franchise back in 2015, and it is finally putting it to good use! Today, the developer announced that Double Dragon IV, which looks as old school as its predecessors, will launch on January 20, 2017.

It just so happens that the Double Dragon series is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

The latest title will be available on both Steam and the PlayStation 4. Hopefully more details will trickle in the oncoming weeks, but in the meantime, let's cross our fingers for a good time.
